A. Yes rules have changed recently and you need a valid passport to visit the BVI and get back into your country or origin.

Q: What should we pack?
A:
Pack light! Swimming costumes/bathing suites, cover-ups and casual clothes for the evening dining. Evenings are warm - no sweaters required. It may be wise to have one or two long sleeve shirts as at times the mosquitoes can be an inconvenience. Suntan lotion is a must. Everything else you will need is at Limeberry villa or house. Any special requests, let us known and we should be able to take care of them.

Q: What is the required length of stay?

Q: Are the rates per person or for the entire villa or house?
A:
The rates are for the entire villa, the rates are based on the number of the guests in the villa. For example, if you are 2 people in the villa you will not be barred use of any other part of the villa, however if you have additional people join you then you will be charged accordingly.

Q: Will I be Safe in the BVI
A:
Yes, the BVI has a very low crime rate, there is virtually no crime directed at tourists. However we do recommend that you take sensible precautions, all bedrooms lock and we provide a combination safe in each property as much for piece of mind as anything.

Q: Who pays for the taxi and will I be met?
A.
Transfers are not included in the rental fee, a taxi form the airport will cost $50 and from the West End Ferry Terminal $20. On receipt of your flight details we will book a cab for you, so when you arrive, remember a driver will be looking for you. If for any reason the designated driver is not found when you arrive, by all means take another cab and ask the driver to call the contact numbers so we can guide him to the properties.

Q: What happens if I am delayed on the way?
A:
Try to call us and we will reschedule any arrangements that have been made. Be careful about arrivals via St Thomas. A delay on the flight normally means a stay in St Thomas as the last ferry departs at 4.45pm. With enough notice of a delay from St. Thomas we can arrange a private charter which will run later.

Q: Check in check out times?
A:
Check in time is 3.00pm in the afternoon, Check out time is 11.00am. It is worth checking with us to see if we have people arriving on your check out day, as if not, we would be happy to arrange a late check out if needed.

We provide you with a starter pack, which aims to provide you with supper (particularly if you are a late arrival) and breakfast the following day. There will also be a selection of drinks.

A:
Once we have received your reservation and you have been advised Limeberry house or villa is being held for you, a TWO-WEEK "Hold" is allowed for receipt of a deposit equal to 50% of the rental fee, excluding the 10% hotel tax & service charge. Regular mail can take up to 3 weeks to arrive so we suggest Fed Ex or wire transfer and are happy to give details. Upon receipt of the rental deposit, we'll email your confirmation. If after two weeks, we've not received your deposit, your "Hold" may be subject to cancellation without further notice.
